Installation Placeholder – For Precise Construction Planning
The cerasonar placeholder has been developed to simplify planning and installation during new-build and renovation projects. Installed at an early stage of construction, it accurately defines the future position of the invisible loudspeaker, allowing all trades to coordinate their work before walls or ceilings are closed.
By clearly marking the loudspeaker location, the placeholder helps prevent conflicts with electrical wiring, lighting, HVAC systems and other building services. It also ensures that the required cable routing and installation opening are prepared correctly, significantly reducing the risk of costly modifications later in the project.
Once the construction phase has been completed, the placeholder can be removed quickly and replaced with the corresponding cerasonar loudspeaker. As the installation opening has already been accurately prepared, final installation becomes faster, cleaner and more precise.
The cerasonar placeholder is reusable and therefore ideally suited for professional installers, architects and contractors working on multiple projects. It streamlines on-site coordination, improves planning reliability and helps ensure a smooth installation process from the first fix through to final commissioning.
