The new 6280 reference pro is the result of over 15 years of expertise in the development of invisible loudspeakers. Equipped with six high-performance exciters, it delivers an impressive 150W RMS / 300W peak power.

Two integrated counterweights effectively balance the surface, ensuring outstanding bass reproduction.

Unlike the 4080 ultimate, the 6280 reference pro operates without a woofer or crossover, offering distinct advantages. By utilizing an array of exciters and eliminating power losses from resistors or crossovers, it achieves an exceptionally high maximum SPL.

As a pure exciter-based loudspeaker, it avoids phase issues that typically occur at the crossover frequency between a woofer and an exciter.

Paired with a large cerasonar subwoofer such as the 6280 or 62200, the 6280 reference pro is an ideal satellite speaker for high-end home cinema setups. When used as a stereo speaker, it offers a key advantage over conventional invisible speakers with woofers: it is lighter and requires significantly less installation depth.

HIGH-FREQUENCY REPRODUCTION

For a more precise high-frequency reproduction and higher power handling, the cerasonar reference pro series is equipped with an optimised exciter driver with a modified voice coil and a stronger neodymium magnet system.
