The cerasonar drywall ceiling anti-vibration kit has been developed for suspended drywall ceiling installations where structure-borne vibrations should be minimised. Used in combination with the cerasonar drywall ceiling kit, the pre-assembled vibration dampers mechanically decouple the cerasonar installation frame (backbox) from the ceiling structure, helping to reduce unwanted vibrations and rattling while maintaining a secure installation.
The kit is particularly recommended for lightweight ceiling constructions, home cinema installations and applications using powerful invisible subwoofers, where effective vibration isolation contributes to improved acoustic performance and reduced vibration transmission into the building structure.
