In most hotel and spa environments, the cerasonar system delivers a fully balanced, high-quality sound experience even without additional subwoofers – especially when combined with dedicated DSP presets tailored for architectural installations.
For areas where a more pronounced and immersive low-frequency response is desired, the system can be optionally extended with dedicated cerasonar subwoofer solutions.
The cerasonar 4080 sub offers a fully invisible integration and is designed for applications where acoustic performance must be achieved without any visual impact on the architecture. It blends seamlessly into walls, ceilings, or custom constructions, maintaining the minimalist design approach of invisible audio.
For installations where structural vibrations may be a concern – for example due to sensitive substructures or specific construction materials – the cerasonar architect sub provides an optimized solution. Equipped with integrated vibration dampers, it prevents the transfer of mechanical energy into the building structure, ensuring controlled bass reproduction without unwanted resonance effects. The architect sub features a discreet square outlet connected via a high-quality flexible duct system, allowing precise placement while maintaining architectural flexibility.
Both subwoofer systems are fully integrated into the cerasonar DSP platform, ensuring perfect tuning, seamless system matching, and consistent performance across all zones. Subwoofers are only used where extended bass impact is explicitly required, preserving the natural, unobtrusive character of the overall sound design in all other areas.
