Installation Placeholder – Precise Construction Planning
The cerasonar placeholder has been developed to support accurate planning and reliable coordination during new-build and renovation projects.
Installed during the early construction phase, it clearly defines the future position and exact dimensions of the invisible loudspeaker before walls or ceilings are closed. This allows architects, consultants, integrators, installers and other trades to coordinate their work around a clearly identified installation position.
By marking the required loudspeaker location at an early stage, the placeholder helps prevent conflicts with electrical wiring, lighting, ventilation systems, pipework and other building services. It also ensures that the loudspeaker cable and installation opening are prepared correctly before finishing work begins.
Once the construction and finishing work has been completed, the placeholder can be removed and replaced with the corresponding cerasonar loudspeaker. As the correct opening and cable routing have already been prepared, the final installation becomes faster, cleaner and more precise.
The cerasonar placeholder is reusable and can be used across multiple projects. It is therefore particularly suitable for professional installers and integrators who regularly specify and install cerasonar invisible loudspeakers.
The placeholder is intended as a planning and installation aid only. The selected size must correspond exactly to the cerasonar loudspeaker specified for the project.

Important installation note: Confirm the exact loudspeaker model, installation position, cable route and required opening before the placeholder is fitted. The placeholder must not be plastered permanently into the wall or ceiling and must be removed before the corresponding cerasonar loudspeaker is installed.
