The cerasonar 4080 sub has been developed as the ideal low-frequency extension for the cerasonar loudspeaker portfolio. Combining two custom-developed 8-inch long-excursion woofers with a compact installation format, it delivers deep, controlled bass while preserving the completely invisible appearance of the installation.

Specifically engineered for architectural audio applications, the 4080 sub provides excellent impulse response, low distortion and seamless integration with cerasonar invisible loudspeakers. The result is greater dynamic headroom, extended low-frequency performance and a remarkably natural full-range listening experience without compromising interior design.

The 4080 sub is the recommended system extension for the 1520 fit, 2525 fit, 4062 reference, 4062 reference pro, 12030 reference pro and 4080 ultimate. It is ideally suited for premium stereo systems, multi-room audio, hospitality projects and residential installations where greater bass extension, increased dynamics and enhanced musical realism are desired.

For larger rooms, dedicated home cinema installations or projects requiring substantially higher sound pressure levels, cerasonar recommends the 6280 sub. Where uncompromising reference-level bass performance is required, the 62200 sub represents the ultimate invisible low-frequency solution for flagship stereo systems and high-end home cinema installations.

For optimum performance, the cerasonar factory DSP preset has been specifically developed for the 4080 sub, optimising system integration, extending low-frequency performance, activating the proprietary Dynamic Bass Enhancement and providing reliable loudspeaker protection.

The cerasonar factory DSP preset is available for the cerasonar cs-500dsp4 DSP amplifier, the cerasonar cs-2000dsp4 DSP amplifier as well as compatible DSP amplifiers from LEA Professional and Powersoft, allowing seamless integration into a wide variety of residential and commercial audio systems.

20 × 1520 fit – 100V, distributed across two bridged 100V amplifier outputs with 10 loudspeakers per output, all powered by one cs-500dsp4.
