It is ideal for wood veneer panels as well as other wood-coated or wood-finished materials such as laminate, melamine, HPL, veneered MDF, plywood, or furniture panels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA CNC pocket milling is created on the rear side of the panel, allowing the speaker to be inserted quickly and precisely for a clean and efficient installation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe speaker is fixed directly into the pocket milling using a special double-sided adhesive tape, available separately. The adhesive tape securely bonds the speaker to the panel and provides the primary fixation for fast and reliable installation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor additional mechanical retention and long-term security, the kit includes a precision CNC-milled rear retaining bracket, mounted from the rear side of the panel. During installation, the bracket is used together with Würth Bond + Seal adhesive (or a comparable adhesive\/sealant) to provide additional support and secure long-term fixation, as shown in the installation process.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rear retaining bracket also serves as the mounting interface for the optional cerasonar installation frame (backbox), available separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWürth Bond + Seal adhesive is not included in the delivery and must be sourced separately. The double-sided adhesive tape must also be ordered separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe standard kit is designed for a panel thickness of 19 mm. For other panel thicknesses, a customised bracket can be manufactured on request.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pocket milling should be produced with a remaining material thickness of 2.0–3.5 mm (max.) to ensure optimum acoustic performance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cs-500dsp4 or cs-2000dsp4 amplifier is required to guarantee optimum sound quality using the dedicated wood preset.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eImportant: Pocket milling installation is exclusively intended for cerasonar reference pro series invisible speakers. Due to the reduced material thickness and the acoustic demands of this installation method, the significantly higher performance of the reference pro series is required to ensure optimum sound quality and output.
