This website uses MailerLite for the sending of newsletters. The provider is MailerLite LLC, UAB “MailerLite”, Paupio st. 46, LT-11341 Vilnius, Lithuania.
MailerLite services can, among other things, be used to organize and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter are archived on MailerLite’s servers in Lithuania (EU).
If you do not want to permit an analysis by MailerLite, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for you to do this in every newsletter message. Moreover, you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Data analysis by MailerLite
MailerLite enables us to analyse our newsletter campaigns. For instance, it allows us to see whether a newsletter message has been opened and, if so, which links have been clicked. This enables us to determine which topics and articles are in demand. The outcome of this analysis can be used to better tailor future newsletters to subscribers’ interests.
Moreover, once the e-mail was opened and/or a link was clicked, we are also able to see whether any previously defined actions were taken (conversion rate). This allows us to see, for example, if you have made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
MailerLite also enables us to divide the subscribers to our newsletter into various categories (i.e. to “cluster” recipients). For instance, newsletter recipients can be categorized based on age, gender or place of residence. This enables us to tailor our newsletter more effectively to the needs of the respective target groups.
For detailed information on the functions of MailerLite please follow this link: https://www.mailerlite.com/features.
The data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data processing transactions that have taken place prior to your revocation.
The data you archive with us for the purpose of the newsletter subscription shall be archived by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Once you cancel your subscription to the newsletter, the data shall be deleted from our servers as well as those of MailerLite. This shall not affect data we have been archiving for other purposes.
For more details, please consult the Data Protection Regulations of MailerLite at: https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy.

However, Hotjar uses various third-party services such as Google Analytics and Optimizely. In these exceptional cases, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO, this processing is carried out on the basis of the consent you have given for the purpose of statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes.
Hotjar offers every user the option of preventing the use of the Hotjar tool by means of a “Do Not Track” header, so that no data about the visit to the respective website is recorded. This is a setting that is supported by all common browsers in current versions. To do this, your browser sends a request to Hotjar to disable tracking for that user. If you use our websites with different browsers/computers, you must set up the “Do Not Track” header separately for each of these browsers/computers.
You can prevent Hotjar from collecting your data at any time when you visit a Hotjar-based website by going to our opt-out page https://www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out/ and clicking deactivate Hotjar.
