concrete mini v2
Compact 360° outdoor sound with remarkable bass for its size and a deliberately moderate maximum output.
The cerasonar concrete series combines authentic architectural material, 360° sound and matched DSP control for gardens, terraces, hospitality environments and premium landscape projects.

Compact 360° outdoor sound with remarkable bass for its size and a deliberately moderate maximum output.
The high-efficiency 6.5-inch model for decisively greater SPL, slightly deeper extension and premium outdoor systems — ideal with the concrete sub.

The large-format single-stereo model for maximum scale, immersive coverage and demanding outdoor projects.

Dedicated 12-inch low-frequency extension in Standard and Reference Performance versions.
Each model serves a clearly defined system role while sharing the same restrained design language, fibre-reinforced concrete construction and matched cerasonar DSP approach.
Fibre-reinforced concrete gives every loudspeaker a substantial, timeless presence and integrates naturally into contemporary landscape architecture.
The full-range models distribute sound evenly around the loudspeaker for balanced outdoor coverage without visually dominant conventional enclosures.
Dedicated cerasonar factory presets optimise tonal balance, bass behaviour and reliable system protection for each model and wiring configuration.
Placement, surface, cable routing, drainage, ambient noise and the required listening level are considered as one complete system.
ONE ARCHITECTURAL MATERIAL. FOUR CLEAR SYSTEM ROLES. COMPLETE OUTDOOR AUDIO FROM BACKGROUND MUSIC TO REFERENCE-LEVEL BASS.
Compare the four models by system role, output capability, amplifier concept, format and optional equipment.

* Maximum SPL figures indicate clean, controlled output at 1 metre with the recommended cerasonar DSP preset. They are deliberately conservative usable system values rather than theoretical peak figures. Available dynamic reserve depends on preset, high-pass configuration and installation conditions.

The concrete series is conceived as part of the landscape rather than equipment added afterwards. Genuine concrete, restrained geometry and 360° sound create a design object that remains visually calm while defining the acoustic character of the space.
The concrete enclosure is a functional, durable part of the acoustic system and gives the series its distinctive architectural character.
A robust material for dimensional stability, long-term outdoor use and a visually restrained presence.
Produced by a renowned German specialist manufacturer and assembled as part of the cerasonar system platform.
Outdoor-suitable drivers, corrosion-resistant metal components and protected acoustic openings support reliable use. Not intended for immersion or standing water.
Natural colour and surface variations are part of the material character and make each loudspeaker an individual architectural object.
Ambient noise, listener distance, hard or soft surfaces, boundaries and desired headroom all influence the final outdoor system layout.
Planning guide: approximately 5–8 m spacing for background listening and 4–6 m where greater level reserve is required.
Planning guide: approximately 8–12 m spacing for background coverage and 6–8 m for higher listening levels.
Its ground-reflection concept requires a hard surface such as concrete, natural stone or paving. Soft ground reduces the intended reflection.
Use durable outdoor cable routes and avoid water traps. The concrete sub includes a Speakon connector for safe seasonal removal and service.
These distances are conservative starting points, not guaranteed coverage specifications. Final design depends on ambient noise, boundaries, listening level and local conditions.
The concrete mini v2 already delivers remarkable bass for its compact size, but it is not designed for high maximum output. Where a project requires clearly more SPL, choose the concrete maxi first. The concrete sub then becomes the natural extension for maxi and concrete one when still greater depth, dynamics and physical bass are required.
The compact choice for terraces, hotels and restaurants where excellent bass for the size and moderate listening levels are more important than maximum SPL. It is generally planned as a complete system without a subwoofer.
The preferred premium combination for luxury gardens: the maxi provides the required SPL and headroom, while the concrete sub adds deeper, more physical low frequencies.
The largest full-range presentation within the series, expanded by dedicated low-frequency authority for demanding gardens and hospitality projects.

The concrete series should be planned with cerasonar DSP amplification and the corresponding factory preset. 100V versions are intended for distributed coverage; low-impedance versions provide the greatest performance potential.
| MODEL / CONFIGURATION | Recommended amplifier | Channel planning | Wiring and application |
|---|---|---|---|
| concrete mini v2 | cs-150smart2 / cs-500dsp4 / cs-2000dsp4 | 1 channel @ 8 Ω 2 channels for stereo pair bridged 100V output | One channel per 8 Ω loudspeaker. For 100V, use a suitable bridged 100V output and calculate the total transformer load. |
| concrete maxi | cs-150smart2 / cs-500dsp4 / cs-2000dsp4 | 1 channel @ 8 Ω 2 channels for stereo pair distributed 100V | One channel per 8 Ω loudspeaker. A stereo pair works well on cs-150smart2. Use cs-500dsp4 or cs-2000dsp4 where greater headroom is required. The 20 W 100V version is designed for distributed audio. |
| concrete one | cs-150smart2 / cs-500dsp4 / cs-2000dsp4 | 2 channels per loudspeaker | Two amplifier channels per loudspeaker, one channel for each 8 Ω input. The cs-150smart2 is a good match for one concrete one. A four-channel cs-500dsp4 or cs-2000dsp4 can power two concrete one loudspeakers and provides additional headroom. |
| concrete sub · Standard 250 W + cs-500dsp4 | cs-500dsp4 | All 4 channels 2 × bridged pairs 2 × 8 Ω | Use all four channels: CH1+2 bridged to voice coil A at 8 Ω, CH3+4 bridged to voice coil B at 8 Ω. Use one 4-core cable or two 2-core cables. |
| concrete sub · Standard 250 W + cs-2000dsp4 | cs-2000dsp4 | 1 channel @ 4 Ω | Connect both 8 Ω voice coils in parallel to create a 4 Ω load on one amplifier channel. One 2-core loudspeaker cable is sufficient. |
| concrete sub · Reference 700 W + cs-2000dsp4 | cs-2000dsp4 | 2 channels bridged @ 8 Ω | Bridge two amplifier channels into the single 8 Ω driver. Use one 2-core loudspeaker cable. |
For reliable outdoor operation, place the loudspeakers on a stable surface with suitable drainage and use the dedicated cerasonar factory DSP preset for the selected model and wiring configuration.
These examples provide practical starting points. Final quantities and amplifier allocation should be checked against site dimensions, ambient noise and the required listening level.
2 × concrete mini v2 with one cs-150smart2. A straightforward streaming stereo system with dedicated presets and optional LED lighting.
4 × concrete maxi with one cs-500dsp4, using one channel per loudspeaker. Add a concrete sub on a cs-2000dsp4 where greater bass authority is required.
Multiple concrete mini v2 or concrete maxi 100V models on a properly sized bridged 100V output. Quantity is defined by transformer taps, cable length and required headroom.
2 × concrete one on one cs-500dsp4, plus 1 × concrete sub Reference Performance on one cs-2000dsp4.
